Wall Sawing
The diamond wall saw can accomplish many tasks that could
not be done effectively with jackhammers. The diamond wall saw can accomplish
the task without affecting
the structural integrity of the remaining concrete wall. The wall saw gives
a finished cut that does not require patching.
Utilizing a track mounted sawing system that can make cuts through reinforced
concrete up to 36” thick without damaging the adjacent concrete wall
surfaces. Wall sawing is typically used to make clean and precise openings
for doorways, windows, and ventilation louvers.
Flat wall sawing has a broad range of applications such as demolition, trenching
for plumbing, electric utilities, loop sawing (for traffic controls), expansion
joints in green concrete and for the removal of deteriorated sections of concrete
slabs and bridges.
Slab Sawing
Using a walk behind machine an operator can quickly saw cut
trenches, stairway, elevator openings as well as duct penetrations without
causing structural
damage to the remaining floor slab.
Wire Sawing Wire sawing is a flexible sawing technique, utilizing a stainless
steel cable strung with diamond wire beads that can be used to cut and thickness
or depth of concrete. It can also cut large expansive machine bases or monument
pedestals.
Grinding
Diamond grinding is used to level uneven surfaces both indoors
and out. Diamond grinding is to level doorways and eliminate trip hazards.
Hand Sawing
Chain and hand sawing is typically used when slab sawing or
wall sawing is not the practical solution due to the size or locations of
the penetrations
needed.
