The
diamond wall saw can accomplish many tasks that could not be done effectively
with jackhammers. The diamond wall saw can accomplish the task without affecting
the structural integrity of the remaining concrete wall. The wall saw
gives a finished cut that does not require patching.
Utilizing a track mounted sawing system that can make
cuts through reinforced concrete up to 36” thick without damaging
the adjacent concrete wall surfaces. Wall sawing is typically used
to make clean and precise openings for doorways, windows, and ventilation
louvers.
Flat wall sawing has a broad range of applications
such as demolition, trenching for plumbing, electric utilities, loop
sawing (for traffic controls), expansion joints in green concrete
and for the removal of deteriorated sections of concrete slabs and
bridges.
